Have you ever wanted to know how much exp you gain in a certain time, and you don't want to do it by checking your exp before hand? Well !start and !stop do it all for you!
To start your experience count, simple to !start
(RuneScript): *** [ START ]: Your starting exp of 4,059,524 in magic has been recorded.
When you have finished with your training (Make sure you log out!) either do !stop or !end and it will tell you the experience you gained in the time you did it and experience per hour. It also tells you approximately how long till your next level! (At that constant exp rate)
(`Matt): !end(RuneScript): *** [ END ]: You gained 11,570 magic exp in 10mins 8secs. That's 68,506 exp/h. Estimated time to level up: 4hrs 35mins 36secs
Multiple Timers
You can also do multiple timers by tagging them with a "#<NAME>"
(`Matt): !start attack
-RuneScript- *** [ START ]: Your starting exp of 2,673,258 in attack has been recorded.
(`Matt): !start mage #2
-RuneScript- *** [ START ]: Your starting exp of 7,228,089 in magic has been recorded on timer 2.
(`Matt): !start con #con
-RuneScript- *** [ START ]: Your starting exp of 1,397,071 in construction has been recorded on timer con.
(`Matt): !start range #WOOT
-RuneScript- *** [ START ]: Your starting exp of 993,432 in ranged has been recorded on timer WOOT.
(`Matt): !end
-RuneScript- *** [ END ]: You gained 0 attack exp in 5mins 14secs. That's 0 exp/h. Estimated time to level up: Forever
(`Matt): !end #con
-RuneScript- *** [ END [CON] ]: You gained 0 construction exp in 1min 54secs. That's 0 exp/h. Estimated time to level up: Forever
With this, the #2 and #WOOT timers would still be active but you can find what experience you got with your normal timer, and your #con timer.
NOTE Do remember that a fail safe feature is used with this command. If you attempt to do it within ~10 seconds of the !start it will say "Yay for useless script abuse!" So make sure you do it correctly! The Help Docs are maintained by Aaron1120 & Emofreak123 (Crew Leaders), Archmagus, Manacit2, Matt, and Rba.
